About the client
AKRG Design Studios is a premier architecture firm in the Gulf Coast area.
AKRG specializes in interior as well as exterior designs. AKRG works for many different construction companies who use them for overseeing their projects. One of these projects includes development of Spanish style condominiums near Victoria, Texas.

The Challenge
AKRG had been fiddling with the idea of offering a new perspective to their clients by providing them a look at the final product before the construction starts. AKRG required the expertise of Hysis Technologies to develop a 3D animation including walkthroughs. The project included working with AutoCAD Designs and developing a complete exterior as well as interior illustration with precise dimensions. All of this included collaborating with AKRG to get the look and feel of Spanish architecture. The condominiums included 3 different styles of room plans as well as an office space and an exterior view.

Hysis Technologies Response
Beginning with the basics, Hysis Technologies prepared a carefully constructed project management plan with a detailed strategy. Hysis Technologies had several meetings with AKRG to decide the colors and background of each view. Hysis Technologies also worked with the client in deciding the furniture and object details to be used. The First step was to develop the still 3d illustration to show the color, shading and quality of the final product to the client. After a few revision of the illustrations on each of the apartment plan and the exterior and office view Hysis Technologies started on the lengthy process of rendering the animation. The final length of the animation exceeds 6 minutes and took hours in development and rendering time.
